A quote: You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.
I’m notorious for needing to be “in control” or “controlling” or an overbearing planner. Then it helps me to remember that I need to breathe, and that sometimes letting go, is the best thing you can do for yourself. Things happen, life happens, accidents happen, unexpected things pop up. It’s just life. Plans NEVER go accordingly. There will always be some altered version of what was expected vs. what really will come to fruition. Plans are nice to have for organizational purposes, but it should be expected that they will practically ALWAYS change. Even just the smallest parts. But maybe when plans change, it’s what was meant to be… Think about it… Let go, and see what happens.
