But it’s true, you can make yourself be happy, you just have to change your outlook. Especially in crappy situations. Wake up in the morning and take a minute to think of all the good things that could happen to you today. It really does work and it helps get you started on the right foot. Stay positive. When you start your day happy, you’re more likely to have a better day than if you start your day unhappy. And that’s the truth.
